Who We Are
LoklFix is a Bangalore-based home services company founded by Karthik to solve a problem every Bangalore homeowner knows: finding a trustworthy contractor for waterproofing, tank cleaning, or rainwater harvesting — one who shows up, does the job right, and backs their work in writing.
The name comes from "local fix" — we're a Bangalore-first business, deeply focused on the specific problems Bangalore homes face: monsoon seepage, high-TDS borewell water, BWSSB compliance requirements, and the particular waterproofing challenges that come from Bangalore's construction patterns and rainfall cycles.

How We Work
Every job starts with a free on-site inspection — no fee, no obligation. We come to your home, diagnose the root cause of the problem (not just the visible symptom), show you photos, and give you a transparent written quote with material specification and warranty terms. You decide. No pressure.
We use brand materials only — Dr. Fixit, Fosroc, Asian Paints, STP, and Sika depending on the specific job requirement. We don't use unbranded "good quality" products. Every job comes with a written warranty document: the area treated, material used, number of coats, warranty start and end date, and what's covered.
